We’ve introduced a dedicated Clients workspace for agencies, making it easier to manage multiple clients and quickly see which accounts need attention.
What’s inside?
From the new Clients page, you can:
- See your average AI visibility across clients
- See how many improvements are still open
- Quickly identify the client with the lowest visibility
- Compare clients by visibility, rank, improvements, and latest check
We’ve also updated the navigation to make managing multiple clients and moving between account areas easier.
Who has access?
The new interface is available to users who selected Agency as their account type when signing up.
If your account currently uses a different type but you’d like to switch to an agency account, please contact our support team at support@beamtrace.com. There isn’t a self-service option for changing the account type yet, but we’re on it
