It brings together AI-powered reputation insights and customer reviews, helping you understand how your business is perceived across AI answers and public feedback.
You can now track your AI Reputation Score, see an AI-generated summary of common brand perceptions, review key business areas that affect your reputation, and check the customer feedback behind the results.
Each business area can also be opened for a more detailed analysis, so you can better understand what is driving the score and where your brand may need attention.
