Track Your AI Reputation with Beamtrace

AI systems don’t just analyze your website — they also learn from reviews, ratings, and customer feedback. What customers consistently say about your pricing, service, or product quality can directly influence how AI assistants describe your business.

The Reputation tab helps you understand how your business is perceived, identify your strong and weak areas, and monitor reputation trends over time.

How strong is my reputation?

Your reputation doesn’t just influence buying decisions — it can also affect your AI visibility. AI Reputation Score provides a high-level view of your overall brand perception.

The score combines customer reviews with how AI assistants describe your business. Alongside it, you’ll see the main strengths, mixed feedback, concern areas, and an AI Summary of the themes shaping your reputation:

How to interpret your AI Reputation Score:

Your score is measured on a scale from 0 to 100:

  • Weak (0–39) – Reviews and AI sentiment are mostly negative or limited.
  • Fair (40–59) – Mixed feedback with clear room for improvement.
  • Good (60–74) – Your business has a solid overall reputation.

What are my strongest and weakest areas?

Reputation is rarely built from a single impression — it comes from specific areas like customer support, pricing, product quality, or ease of use.

The Your Business Areas section shows which parts of your business contribute most to your reputation. Each area includes its own score and summary, with the option to explore detailed customer feedback, strengths, concerns, and the reviews behind the score:

Look for the recurring patterns in customer feedback. Repeated positive signals can guide your marketing and customer communication, while recurring issues highlight areas that may need improvement or clearer positioning.

What are customers actually saying?

User reviews reveal what customers consistently praise or criticize about your business. They offer the clearest insight into customer experience — and what AI systems may learn from that feedback.

The Reviews & Ratings section brings all your Google reviews together in one place, linking each review to the business areas it affects. Click View All Reviews to explore your full review history, including key topics, related business areas, and quick access to reply in Google Business:
